Glass

Craftsmanship
LED Mirrors are made through a meticulous process that combines mirror fabrication, The main component is the mirror glass—often made from float glass with high transparency and minimal iron content to ensure clarity. The reflective coating behind the glass is typically a layer of silver, aluminum, or chrome to prevent distortion and offer long-term durability.
For the lighting system, energy-efficient LED strips are the heart of illumination. These LEDs are mounted on aluminum backing for heat dissipation and longevity. Other essential materials include copper wiring, touch sensors, anti-fog films, and durable plastic or metal frames.
It begins with glass cutting, where precision machinery slices float glass into exact dimensions. The edges are polished for safety and smoothness. Then comes the reflective coating process, where the rear of the mirror is treated with a silver or aluminum layer and sealed with a protective coating to prevent corrosion.
Once the mirror surface is ready, LED strips are installed around the edges or behind etched light patterns. These strips are carefully tested for brightness, color temperature, and consistency. Control systems—such as touch buttons, dimmers, or smart modules—are wired and embedded into the frame.
Next, the mirror is mounted into a protective housing or frame made from aluminum or high-grade plastic. Quality control steps follow, including testing for electrical safety, waterproofing, and lighting functionality. The final step involves packaging with anti-scratch materials to ensure safe delivery.
