The glass is machine cut into customized sizes and the edges are polished.
Perform frosting treatment according to the design drawings, then wash clean and dry finish.
Customized logos and function icons are laser printed, and covered with film to prevent scratching.
Production of LED driver and touch sensor assembly lines with full inspection and aging test.
Mirrors and accessories are assembled. All LED mirrors will be packed after full functional inspection.
Completed LED mirrors will be subjected to darkroom testing, integrating sphere testing, EMC laboratory.
