Product quality inspection process:
1. Glasses: 100% QC checking before assembly, checking the dots , scratches and sandblaster treatment and so on.
2. Aluminum material : cleaning and cutting to make sure every material suitable for assembling.
3. 100% aging of LED lamp panel after patching.
4. 100% pre-assembly inspection of various materials to ensure qualified re-assembly of the whole lamp .
5. After the Led PCB is loaded into the frame, it is glued and installed with PC lampshade Led PCB after that.
6. Install bracket, install control box. The inner drive of control box is low safety voltage driver.The induction switch is also made by RAM to control better quality of electronic components.
7. Clean before packing and blow off dust with air gun.
8. Aging of the whole lamp, packaging after passing the test.
9. Package was plastic bag firstly ,Pearl cotton embedded in eight important parts of the mirror ,then to outside carton with standard export package .
10. Package can be customized , in pallet , with the whole pearl cotton warp up the mirror ,and our standard package . All is possible after discussing with us .
