From raw materials to finished products - here's how we make our LED mirrors.
1. Customized functions
It starts with what the customer needs. Some want single color temperature, others want multi-color (tri-color dimming). Some need anti-fog, others don't. Once the functions are confirmed, we make a sample. After the sample is approved, we move to mass production.

2. Material preparation & assembly
We prepare the aluminum frame, LED strips, power modules, and packaging materials. Assembly begins step by step - frame, light, electronics, and glass are put together in sequence.
Our power modules are made in-house, with a dedicated production line and 100% full function testing before they go into the mirror.
3. Automatic gluing & curing
We use an automatic gluing machine for consistent application. Curing time depends on the weather - about 4 hours in warm conditions, and up to 8 hours when it's colder. All curing is done naturally, without ovens.
4. Function testing
After curing, each mirror goes through a full function test on the production line - lighting, dimming, color temperature adjustment, sensor response, and anti-fog (if applicable). If any issue is found, it goes back for rework. Only after passing the test does it move to packaging.

5. Packaging
Packaging varies by customer requirement. Some mirrors are packed for direct delivery to supermarkets (retail-ready), others for warehouse storage. We follow each customer's specific instructions.
6. Warehouse & shipping
Finished products are stored in our warehouse, waiting for customer inspection. Once the customer confirms, we prepare for shipment.
Every step is done in-house. No shortcuts, no outsourcing.
