This week, our company held a full-staff sharing session. The speaker was Mr. Zhou, our Production Supervisor.
The core theme of his sharing was: "Quality is not a solo performance, but a company-wide chorus." Mr. Zhou emphasized that product quality does not rely solely on the production line. Instead, it starts from the sourcing of raw materials, the accuracy of order documents, to the final quality inspection and packaging. Every department plays a crucial role in quality control.
His sharing provided the whole team with a clearer understanding of how we can prevent defects before they happen.
In addition, we also held our quarterly Learning Points Reward Ceremony. Colleagues exchanged their accumulated learning points for various rewards, which greatly encouraged the team's continuous learning and growth.
