This week, Rongrong shared a practical topic with the team: the full order process - from placement to shipment.

From order confirmation, internal order release, material confirmation, production scheduling, quality inspection, packaging, to final shipment - every step has a clear checkpoint and responsible person. Rongrong emphasized the role of the salesperson in the order release stage: not just "passing the order to production," but making sure the customer's requirements are fully and accurately passed down.
She pointed out that many issues actually start at the order entry stage - missing information, wrong specifications, special requirements not clearly noted. By the time the production team notices, it's already too late to fix without extra cost or delay.
The value of a salesperson is not just in getting the order, but in making sure the order starts in the right direction from day one.
One sharing session doesn't cover everything, but it helps each of us do our part more reliably.
