The production process of LED mirrors:
1. Design and Planning:
Determine the size, shape, function, and appearance design of batnroom LED mirrors, taking into account factors such as lighting effects, mirror reflectivity, and transparency, and develop production plans and process flows.

2. Raw material procurement:
We purchase high-quality glass for silver plating. We usually use 4mm or 5mm glass to make environmentally friendly copper free silver mirrors. For mirrors with frames, we use aluminum alloy frames as the base material for the mirrors. In addition, according to the different functions of LED mirrors, other auxiliary materials such as explosion-proof film and anti fog film should be purchased. Ensure that raw materials meet relevant standards and quality requirements during material procurement.

3. Mirror processing:
According to the design requirements of the bathroom mirror, cut the glass sheet into the required size and shape, and polish and polish the mirror to improve its reflectivity and transparency. Our mirrors have smooth and rounded edges that are polished without cutting hands, ensuring that users will not scratch them.

4. Assembly of electronic components:
According to the customer's requirements for customizing bathroom mirrors, we produce driver power and touch switches to achieve customized functions such as mirror light switching (ON\OFF), dimming, color adjustment (CCT), anti fog, Bluetooth, etc.

5. LED strip and driver installation:
On the back of the processed mirror surface, draw lines for positioning, fix the frame, LED light strip, driver, and touch switch components with environmentally friendly glue, install LED light strip on the edge or back, and let it stand for 24 hours.

6. Testing and Inspection:
Conduct electrical performance testing on LED mirrors, including detection of parameters such as voltage, current, and power. Check the lighting effect to ensure that the LED strips are all hooked and emitting light without flickering or dark areas. Conduct a visual inspection to ensure that the mirror surface is free of scratches, stains, and other defects.

7. Packaging and Shipping:
Package the LED mirror to protect it from damage during transportation and storage. The packaging method can also be customized, including general packaging, drop test packaging, or customized packaging. Product labels and instructions should be affixed, indicating product model, specifications, production date, and other information. The shipment should be arranged and the LED mirror should be sent to the customer.
