Q1: Is this waterproof pop up outlet have good quality?
A1: The material we used for this waterproof pop up outlet is mostly the aluminum metal, and we do the Aluminum oxidation, then do painting with good appearance on this , Its visible that is good quality from process and material.
Q2: How about the length of product after embedded in?
A: It depends on how many sockets you want, if you chosen product with two sockets, there is about 535 mm length after installed. It not waste so much space in your furniture inside. For three sockets, there is about 450mm length.
Q3: Are there cutting size for different model?
A3: Yes, we have two size for you chosen, the difference is from the socket drop in, two or three sockets for you chosen. And the size of two sockets is less than three ones.
Q4: Is the top metal?
A4: Top part we have two material included, closed the edge is metal one ,and inside the circle is silicone one, its mainly caused its need to have QI function that for wireless charging part its not possible to have metal one , so we design it in silicone one as the Anti-slip function can be good when for phone charging.
Q5: Can you turn it ?
A5: It's not designed to be, but if you don't tighten the mounting ring and hot glue the ring to keep it from working too loose you could rotate the whole unit in the counter top.
