Last week, we took a break from production lines and packing orders. LGDD held its second annual staff sports day.
Over 100 team members joined the event, divided into five teams. The weather was kind - cool, cloudy, with just a little rain to keep us fresh.
Enjoy the Moment
We ran relay races, played team‑balance games, and of course - had a very serious (and very loud) tug‑of‑war. New games like"giant stepsand" "speed decoding" tested both coordination and quick thinking.
No sales calls. No emails. Just colleagues cheering, laughing, and sometimes completely losing control over a stubborn plastic ring or a rolling ball.
At the end, two teams tied for first place. We kept it light - a friendly draw decided the final winner.
We also want to thank the people who prepared the field, set up the games, and cleaned up afterwards. A good event doesn't happen by itself.
A happy team makes better mirrors. That's something we truly believe.
